    Default Herbal Replacement for Finasteride?
I would like some help in formulating a herbal alternative to finasteride to help block the action of the 5-Alpha-Reductase enzyme.

These are some of the herbals that I think should be considered in combination or by themselves:

    NETTLE ROOT

SAW PALMETTO - (Tried it once. It gave me itchy nips and seemed to cause testicular athropy.)

    Pygeum Bark

    Hydrangea Root

    QUERCETIN

Am I missing any? Please let me know if any one or a combination would be as effective as finasteride.
