ive been hearing which creatine is good what sucks and shit like that. but i really want to know what you guys think is the better between these two but if u guys think there is even a better one than these, then go ahead and post. ready....

well, i am using the new twinlab because I got 3 jugs of it for free....so far I like the taste..doesnt leave my mouth dry...and it has 300 cals..so perfect for my bulking right now...

out of those two...i have never used V12, but I did use cell-tech....cell-tech gave me really bad cramps and a ton of gas...

I've hear only good things about V12
Another good creatine transport system is Sportlabs Plasmavol. You can get it here at the store www.directconnectnutrition.com

    Cheers,

....and underdosed. GNC actually stopped carrying Mtech for a time when it was discovered that label claims were WAY OFF!!!

Off course I hate GNC too...LOL...I hate alot of things it seems.....

Never use Mtech, or VPX while we are on the topic of overhyped, overpriced supps.

Russian Red I hear is a lot better. And you dont have to take it every day, only lifting days. Check it out http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/vs/red.html

People have made better gains with this than plain creatine, and the company is trustworthy for their quality products.

It's a relatively new discovery, although dont be fooled. It has been proven to have one of the best creatine delivery systems available. I can't find the official site, but I say its worth a try, and it tastes awesome too!

I got some samples of that Russian Red at the Arnold Expo....It tastes like candy. I prefer to just get some creatine monohydrate and eat it with some fast carbs... Its very cheap.

Yeah I just go generic. Cheap. Works just like the expensive stuff.

I have been on phosphagen HP for awhile. Got a good deal on it. But generic is just as good.

So I sit here looking at my jug of cell tech feeling like a knob.
One good thing is that MT has a trial size of it.. Soo I didnt get taken for much. Thanks for the info.

One question when you say generic, is that the stuff you have to mix up with juice?

No. Don't mix it with any liquids. Just scoop it into your mouth and wash down with water. Creatine is highly unstable and leaving it in liquid for over a minute will cause it to begin turning into creatinine, a decayed form of creatine which your body cannot use.

Research shows that creatine breaks down slowly in liquid. Most products maintain up to 95% of their creatine for up to eight hours after being mixed with water. Most also retain up to 80% of their creatine after one full day, and effervescent products may last even longer.

To get the most from your creatine, blend it just before taking it
