What can help kids with stunted growth grow?
My friend used to take L-Arginine cos he was so short and not growing properly but is there anything they can use to help their bodies grow properly?

If he truly has stunted growth, he should see a doctor to prescribe GH. No pills/powders/food can do this.

gorwth hormone (HGH) is the only thing that will help him. but only if he is still young enough.

it's a couple of kids actually
i believe their diet lacks propper vitamins anyway and they're young and train too hard
