NO don't waste your money. I know alot of firemen that tried it with no gains, and I was one of them. 75 bucks down the drain.

not worth the $$$
i bought the no2 and the book that went along with it and did everything the book said to do and it didnt do shit for me besides give me a lil extra endurance and a minute amount of vascularity ........other wise not worth the money when there better sh!t to be used.........
