    Default vitamins
what do you all do about vitamins? I realise as a serious weightlifter I need more vitamins and nutrients than the average human man. Does anyone have a good link for a site that might cover this topic well? I already take a multi vitamin, multi antioxidant, co-q 10, boitin, and chromium. But wouldn't it be better to take specific doses of my vitamins and antioxidants rather than hope that my multis provide me with adequate ammounts? or to at least supplement those? I've looked around and there are so many sources of info that it's confusing. can anyone perhaps shed some light for me?

    Thanks

Well, if you are serious, u have a good diet, and in that diet the vitamins do come in the good food that youre eating also.

    I use C-vitamin (2-3grams/day)
    2 optimen pills per day
the rest i get in from my food.

Most vitamins are overkill and you end up pissing most of it out, I like childrens vitamins and a good diet, it seems more than sufficient for me.

    Default Animal Pack
I just started taking Animal Pack mutli's and noticed you have to drink tons of water to avoid pissing neon colors lol

Question though, someone on the board here said it contains Pro-Hormones, and I also read that Animal Pack can cause gyno, now I can see that with Animal Stack, but Animal Pack?? Did they just mis-type the product name????
    Thanks
