    Default Creatine is Creatine right?
    Ok guys.....In the mornings I take a serving san v12 creatine. after my workout I usually take another serving because I've been told that's the best time to take creatine in realation to your workout. What I want to know is can I substitute a serving of VPX's nitronix which has 5gms of creatine combined with whey and and almost 40gms of carbs instead of the v12? The v-12 is sugar free, and practically carb free and I'd still have to have a protien shake right after that too. I guess I'm trying to kill two birds here. Any advice? My thinking is that the nitronix is a better post workout shake than the v12.

    as its always said...creatine is creatine....but i think ud be better off taking the creatine along with ur protein shake before the workout and another right after the workout.....
