    I got my caffeine, ephedra, aspirin.

    This is how i plan on taking it.

    8:00am- 25mgE/200mg/How much aspirin?

    12:05pm - same

    4:00pm same

    Asprin is not neccesary. If you want to take it, eat 1 'Baby' asprin.

    Also, I believe the Ratio is 10:1, might want to kick up the caffeine
    a notch.

    Frequency varies from person to person, looks about right though.
