 thicken
Once I am done with my plasmavol I am going to try sportlab thicken. It has:
- 552 Calories
- 41 grams of Protein
- 4.5 grams of Fat
- 87 grams of Carbohydrates
- 5 grams of Creatine Monohydrate
It says to take it 2-4 times a day, so I am going to take one serving when I wake up and one after I workout. Should I take this before I workout too or just get some pure creatine?

bro, i wouldnt take it before you workout... it is very heavy and filling, and i dont think you'd want to workout with it sitting in your stomach

Thats what i thought. So should I just go with creatine preworkout or do you know of someting better?

Well, i dont agree fully, dont take the gainer pre training but do ut post and wait 30min then take a protein drink also.
BUT Before trainign take 30-50grams of dextrose and creatine +protein. Then youll be ready to grow!

If I took the thicken twice a day and pure creatine once a day that would be 15 grams of creatine. Would that be too much creatine a day? If so should I just leave out the pre workout creatine or try something else?

no one said to take the gainer pre workout bro. thicken contains protein, so theres no need to take a protein drink 30 minutes after taking thicken post workout.
powerlifter53, 15 g creatine isnt too much...

I agree. I'd still keep some Plasmavol on hand powerlifter cuz it's a great for a kick for your workout.

I would take a serving of Plasmavol before I train and then have the Thicken post workout(make it with water though)

ok, so I will take the thicken when I get up, the plasmavol before I workout, and more thicken after I workout. Because I am getting so much creatine with the thicken and plasmavol throughout the day, I won't need to go through the saturation phase will I? Also, how much time in advance should I take the pre workout plasmavol?

No there is no need to go through the saturation phase.
I would take the Plasmavol say 30-45 minutes before you train. Some take it an hour before they train. Try both and see how you feel.
One thing I would suggest with the Thicken, is to make it with water, not milk. I found that with milk it really upset my stomach, but that was just me.

whats wrong with NO2 and any advise on the Cell Tech by MuscleTech and I also take Pure Whey by Champion Nutrition is it all garbage? Do you know anything on CE2 (supposed to be coming out later this year) heard it was gonna revolutionize the creatine industry.

Never took NO2 but from all the people that I know that did take it said it sucks.

The atp adp thing has been well documented as has the fluids that are retained in muscular cells. it is also well documented that creatine is not effective for everyone. your body only needs so much and if you getting it thru nutrition then it is a waste to supplement. the normal athletic male needs about 2g/70kilo of body weight. so a three hundred lb lifter only needs about 4g/day. thats only 2lbs of meat or fish a day. 2 burgers is half that. the biggest benefit to creatine is that it enables you (if you need to supp) to work out a bit longer. so for guys doing low volume work or guys on mega doses of protein it is of little good. creatine in my opinion is over rated. it works for some but not for others.
what does work without juicing? 2g of protein per lb of body weight per day. 8 hours sleep a night. not overtraining. these build muscle creatine dont. and dont skimp on the protein. get the whey isolate and not the concentrate. you body will thank you.
