    what exactly do you do with ephedrine hcl? just take one tab and some caffeine with it? maybe asprin or how exactly is it used?

    One tab with a tab of caffeine is killer. Some people use the aspirin but I never have.

    If you're going for fat loss I would go 1 dose when you wake, and 2 more spaced 4 hours apart.

    Not sure about EF Lipo 6 though.

    anyone know how much caffeine regular coffee has? lets say if I put 2 teaspoon of coffee in my drink and drink it with 1 tab of ephedrine hcl would that work or no?
