    dude, its not a dumb questions... to put it very simply, its a 'good' fat, and our bodies need good fats... they are used for maintenance of our hair, skin, nails etc, and good fats can even help us burn bodyfat as strange as it sounds

    Use it all the time. Omega 3 slows cell aging and promotes brain function. It also causes more fat to be burned during workouts. And helps with test production. Blah Blah Blah. Basically its just a good supp to take if you don't eat a lot of fish (Tuna not included).

    yep its a good fat to take, especially when ur on a caloric restricted diet.. Let me ask u something, isnt avocado in that same classification of good fats, doggy? cause im dying for some avocado...

    As soon as my order gets here i will be taking a few tablespoons of flax and a few table spoons of hemp oil ED.
