    Ok, I just went out and bought a bottle of this stuff...Seems good - ephedra free. Have any of you taken it and how did it work for you? Or, if you havent taken it then what do you know about it? What are the side effects aswell if any?

    personally, i dont believe that any of the new 'thermogenic' fatburners that are legal in Canada do anything... IMO they are all a waste of money.
    the US market is different however, as ingredients such as yohimbine (and some others) are legal there.

    at this point, i dont beleive there is anything that is nearly effective as ECA (that is legal that is)
