hey guys...Im on my 6th week of this 20 week diet im doing for my contest prep coming up in july....Well, alot of the guys in my gym are running M1T and getting pretty good gains...but alot of them dont cycle off of it..some of them claim to be on M1T for like 6 weeks and stuff...Isnt it supposed to be ran for no more than 3 weeks and 3-4 weeks off...i wanna try it, but i wanna know who's tried this during precontest prep?..is it worth it?
