    Unhappy Creatine.....side effects??
    Just started using creatine and feel as though i am benefiting from it.
    However, does it's use have any documented side effects or there any precautions one should know about. For example i've heard that you must consume a lot of water.....think it was over a gallon per day.
    Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

    No sides, but drink alot of water... otherwise it wont give u anything..

    bloated your face?? Strange...

    From my experiences with creatine monohydrate, I've experienced an upset stomach at times, and gas aswell. Although as soon as I started using micronized creatine and drinking loads of water, this rarely happened again.

    is it really that strange? I don't think I'm the only one it happend to. I took it twice and same sh1t happend. Maybe I wasn't drinking enough water?

    Ive been using it off and on (money reason, not cycling or anything) and I've recieved diahrea while on the powder form from GNC.

    No sides from the pills
    No sides from generic powder mixed w/ my protein shake at night.

    Im on 10g ED, you guys?

    I upload (although i dont cycle it anymore. i go with 2,5pounds ON and then 1 month off)
    20g´s/day for 4-5days and after that i go with 10-15g/day on training days and 5/day when not training.
