    Default m1t cycle, results so far.
    Doing a 4 week m1t cycle;
    10mg for weeks 1 and 4
    15mg for weeks 2 and 3

    I planned on running just 10 mg the whole way thru but I felt that I wasnt getting any bad sides after week one so i bumped it to 15mg. Halfway thru week three I started getting insomnia and intense night sweats which was driving me crazy so I had to cut back to 10mg to finish up week four with. This was the only bad sideeffect that i couldnt do anything about.

    I am currently halfway thru week 4.

    My gains:

    Gained 10 lbs of LBM (approx.)
    Gained 3 lbs of fat. (approx.)
    Very little bloat not noticeable, if any at all.

    Bodyfat% up .57%

    Flexed Measurements:
    biceps: +.5"
    chest: +1.25"
    forearms: +.5"
    quads: +1.5"
    calves: +.5"

    Unflexed Measurements:
    Neck: +.5"
    Shoulders: +1"
    Chest: no change
    Waist: +.5"
    Thigh: +1.5"
    calf: no change
    Arm: +1.75" (They were pumped when i took the measurement the second time, so this is not very valid.)
    Forearm: +.5"

    Something strange I noticed is that once I lowered the dosage from 15mg back down to 10mg I have stopped gaining weight (at least not so dramatically.). I will see if this continues for the remaining 4 days of my cycle.

    I still don't know if Im goin run 10mg, 15, or 20 for my 2 week cycle that I may run eventually.

    But, with this post I may try 15

    You have more mass than I do (if you are 240lbs like it says in your signature), so I think 15-20 could be good for you. Luckily, m1t seems to make it easy to tell when you are taking to much as it will give you some harsh side effects that seem to be saying "TOO MUCH DAMMIT!".

    That would explain why my gains slowed down so much now that I am in week 4, but I am still hoping to see some gains when I hit the gym this friday and weigh myself. I think I will run it for 3 weeks for my next cycle, if I dont see any good gains.

    I've read all over the place, including this forum that 2 weeks is plenty long enough for an M1T cycle.

    I only gained about .5 pound in the last few days of my cycle, but during the whole cycle my strength continued rising.

    Started 6-oxo last night, and today i feel more pumped then usual. I dont know why. Also got a bloody nose this morning, but it lasted about 2 minutes... This is strange because it must have been the 6oxo that caused the bloody nose because I never got one while on the m1t, and I rarely get bloody noses.

    My pct looks like this:
    600mg/d week 1
    300mg/d week 2
    100mg/d week 3

    Ill post here in about 10 days when I see how much weight I keep, and how much strength I keep.

    Today is my 7th day of pct, I have lost only 1.5 pounds. Strength has reamined constant with my legs and tris so far, but a little drop on biceps and chest and back.

    I ended up getting a few gyno symptoms which was very surprising to me. I started taking b-6 at 600mg a day and overnited some nolva which i will start asap.

    nice...i'm going to try for a 20mg/3 week cycle of M1T at the end of summer using Nolva as PCT

    Puffy nipple and a little pain (only in my right pec, left pec is ok.) It appears that the way that m1t can cause gyno is still unknown, so no telling if it is induced by prolactin or estrogen. People on a different board were talking of how the current hypoithesis is that m1t raises IGF, therefore helping gyno start up.

    I was really not expecting signs of gyno to show after sucha short cycle, guess i learned my lesson to always have nolva on hand. I will update in a few days when I can see if any progress is taking place on getting rid of the gyno.

    2 days after starting nolva the lump is 50% the size. Nolva is a lifesaver, definetly have some around if you are to be doing a m1t cycle. b6 didnt do shit for this gyno, so it must not have anything to do with prolactin.

    Other news is that I have gained weight since the end of my cycle. I weigh 1/2 pound more than my highest numbers during cycle.

    6oxo was only so so for pct, but when i started the nolva the next day i noticed an increase in horniness. I love nolva now, it has given me no bad sides and it works excellent. I would definetly recommend nolva for pct with m1t.

    Also I went up in strength with my calves and quads and broke personal records.

    Chest strength dropped a bit, tri's has remained about constant. Hams went up just a bit.

    So overall, Nolva got rid of the Gyno. 6oxo sucked for PCT. And you kept most/all of your gains bud?

    yep. still only 11 days into pct tho. Ill keep posting strength/weight gains/loses. Today I weighed in .2 lbs higher than i ever weighed while i was 'on'.

    Seems to have worked pretty good, and your only 20 huh? IM also 20 and have been looking into this, the only thing that concerns me is the DHt which can lead to hair loss, how significant is this if i were to run a 3 week cycle at 10 mg a day with nova post cycle, and also what can i take to combat hairloss.
