Default how do i combat tiredness/lethargy?
not sure where this question goes so move it if need be.

ok, to start off i am not tired/lethargic from any supps. this is happening to me because of my work schedule. i work from 11pm-7am 6 days a week. the past month i have been so tired all day long that i have to fight to do anything much less stay awake. i feel that it is affecting my workouts as well. although, i have seen good gains in size since i started i feel that my workouts havent reached their potential because of this.

does anyone know of a good way or supplement to help with this problem that will not affect my sleep. i try to sleep from 2:30pm-10:30pm daily. any help would be greatly appreciated.

its your job man, i used to work the same shift a few times a week, and i was always tired, even from those few days. if you havent been sleeping that way since when you were really young, its gonna be tough to get used to and feel your self again. i used to feel like shit all the time, and it always ****ed up my sleep and recouperation. .... and thats why i quit!
