Hi im just about to start taking a ECA stack and im wondering what cycle/ dosages most of u guys are taking...do u change dosages evry wk and how often during the day do u take it?

PERSONAL INFO: This isn't necessarily what you may or may want to do.

I use Vasopro Ephedrine and the dosages look like this:

6:30 am (roughly): Ephedrine HCL 25mg, and Caffeine 200mg
11am-12pm (roughly): Same
4-5pm (roughly): Same

I do not use the Aspirin as a personal choice also, I just do EC. I am currently on week 5. I've heard there is no need to cycle.

I have dropped from (Mourning weights) - 270, to today 241 in that span.

NOW - You have to factor in, that I have been on a pretty strict diet. ALSO my girlfriend dumped me at the beginning of my cycle whiched caused me to lose 8 pds in 1 week. Factor those in.

Feb 9 - 270
Mar 30- 241

Not normal results, but Im going for a target bodyweight %, and I would love to see what I look like at 225.
