    Default Whats your fav Multi-Vit?
    I have been using GNC Multi Ultra Mega Gold

    I have been quite satisfied thus far.

    It is nearing that time, however, where i must purchase a new bottle because the old one is running out.

    Anyone have suggestions for a brand to try?

    why not stick with the brand you've got?
    a multivitamin isn't gonna make a huge difference anyway.

    Well I was just making sure thre wasnt something that everyone knew but me . I have noticed differences in multivitamins, there are some that just make me feel so much more awake when i take them daily. I tested it once, and noticed that I sleep for one hour less per night night when on the multivits, and feel as tho i had the same amount of sleep.
