    Default steroids vs. prohormones
i'm new to body building and supplements, although i've used creatine before. what is the difference between a prohormone like Ergopharm 1-AD and anabolic steroids? And how much more effective are anabolic steroids over something like 1-AD?

    thanks

Thats just not true, M1T is a pro hormone, and it works, it works well enough that us juicers use it, I know Liftsiron has used 1ad and liked it, I am a huge fan of M1T i recommend that very highly

M1T is a steroid. It is legal.

1-Test is a steroid, it is legal.

That said, 1-test is only really effective in the form of oral M1T or injectable 1-T.

I know of a lot of people who report great gains from injectable 1-AD and 4-AD as well. Orals suck though.

I am pretty much going to agree. Yes there are exceptions, and yes, i have heard better results with ingestible (oral has to go through too many processes in order to raise test and usually it is so broken down the body no longer recognizes it as a test precursor and disregards it).
If you read research out there (and trust me there is tons of it! Been reading it for over two years now to finish this dumb MS thesis), it will show that most of the time a prohormone will increase some levels but not usable benefits occur from it. I won't go into the details about plasma levels and blood levels and total test levels, but there is a difference when it comes to strength and mass increases. Genetics is a beautiful thing, and some people have the ability to convert a precursor into a usable test, but it is not often!

A lot of prohormones basically go into the body and turn into a steroid, its a way of getting around the steroid laws but not always effective.
