    Default 10mgs or 20mgs of M1t
    how many of u use 10mgs and how many use it at 20mgs... i am not sure what dose to take it at...i will be doing it for 4 weeks...

    i started at 10, wasn't impressed. would do 20 if I could go back - at least 20 and i'm small. 160# 5'4"

    I have done 10mg and 20mg a day. The results were the same on both cycles accept at 20mg I was the walking dead.
