For multi vitamin, i have read research that says that GNC mega man is one of the best on the market.

I think that mega mens is overpriced personally I have no problems with and like the new centrum w/lycopene. I bought some to try out because I have heard mixed things so I took it home and dropped one in some tap water it completely disolved in under 10 minutes and I could notice a difference after a week.

Anabolical.com has the best Multi vit./min. on the market, by far.

what makes the anabolical one the best on the market? seems a little low with the minerals to me... is it the time release thing?

The vitamin ratio and the amounts make it the best and the time release factor is a bonus too.
