    Default M1T and Thermogenics at teh same time?
    Would it be ok to do M1t and thermos containing caffein and ephedra at the same time or would it be counterproductive since youll be eating many many calories?? Should i just save the thermos till after the m1t+pct cycle?

    It depends on your goals. If you want to bulk up cut out the thermos. If you want to cut and gain a little LBM from M1T then you can add the ephedra and caffeine. Watch you blood pressure because caffeine,ephedra and M1T will raise it.

    I found myself taking ECA to combat fatigue from M-1-T.

    I personally lost my appetite on M-1-T. Be prepared to force feed.

    Be sure to check your blood pressure from time to time, since both will raise it.

    thats exactly what i want to do, but will adding in the eca reduce the gains I will make on M1t?? Im actually trying to get ready for a short vacation in 3 weeks and Ill be poolside most of that time. I wanna be leaner and bigger, BUT i dont wanna waste the M1t if the ECA will counter the gains i would make without it.

    no, you wont waste it...

    the BMR boost that eca gives is very marginal... just eat another slice of cheese or something

    so that means im wasting my eca if im tryin to bulk with m1t rite??

    does it sound reasonalbe to try to burn fat with morning cardio but bulk in the daytime with m1t? or does this sound stupid???


    need answers asap cuz i started the m1t cycle today!

    Wouldn't stacking the two cause some major strain on your liver? I just thought that would be a limiting factor.

    if you're cutting I suggest taking the fat burner in the morning only, with high protein meal, only way that its gonna work real well the M1T is great for cutting. helps alot with vascularity
