Whats Up Guys....Just Wondering Lets Say Someone Is Take 20mgs Of M1T A Day....Can He Take 10mg At A Time?(5mg A Pill).....Or Brake It Down Through Out The Whole Day???

Also...How Long Before I Go Work Out Should I Take It?

I would break down the dosages to 5mg a pop spaced out evenly during the day to maintain stable blood levels.

When I take this stuff, I plan to take it like I would DBOL which would be about every 4 hours.

Take it as soon as you wake up, and 2 more dosages about 4-5 hours apart, and again before bedtime. That = 20mg

You could take 10mg at once, I think there are a few formulas that have it in 10mg dosages? I have read a few reviews where a few people took larger amounts with the same gains as the regular smaller dosages. So it may be pointless to take a high does at once and or take over 20-30 mg a day.

My biggest concern would be to maintain stable blood levels.

I would take it about an hour before I work out with about 16oz of water.

How old are you or the person that wants to take it?

Kilosports only comes in 10mg capsules so if you get that brand, you'll have to take 10mg at a time.
