    Default About direct connect nutrition
    I ordered plasmavol and optimum nutrition whey from direct connect nutrition last wednesday and was expecting it to arrive yesterday or today. However I just got called today saying they just got what I ordered in stock and just shipped it out today. Can anyone from direct connect nutrition tell me when I can expect my order?

    Ok, I just got my order today but I only got the whey and not the plasmavol. Now I have to wait at least another 2 more days for the plasmavol. Can anyone tell me why I only got the whey and not the plasmavol???

    They ship from two different fulfillment company's and two different delivery methods.

    This has been mentioned on this site many times. We have two fulfillment company's. One that ships all SportLab and G-Plenish products. The other one ships all other products. Obviously some packages may not get there on the exact same day.

    My bad Biggie, I did not know you guys had two different fulfillment company's. Sorry if I pissed you off but I am kinda new to this site. I just can't wait to get the plasmavol

    try for at least 500ml... its always best to drink as much water as possible when supplementing with a creatine product

    My rule of thumb is 250ml's of water for each scoop.

    I got crazy peach and it tastes great. Today I used 500ml's for 3 scoops but next time I will use more.
