 V2 and pumps.
Been taking v2 for about a week now at the recomended dose of 1 scoop twice a day and have not really noticed any kid of pumps or anything, is it to premature ot tell or would it be smart to up the dose a little, i am 6'6" 225 thnx and also take protien, flax oil, multi, and some kidney aid

Bump up the dose either by 1 or 2 scoops. I think anyone over 200lbs needs more than 2 scoops of V2 a day to see results.
