doesnt have too much flavor. More like a hint of chocolate. dont expect it to be like Muscle Milk. But it packs allot of protein for that price.

Trenimator76...you has a tub of it on hand now ?? If so what kind of protein does the nutritional label say is in it, or I should say, what type of processing is the protein in it...CFM, Ion exshange or ?? etc...
