    im looking for a good creatine transport anyone have any good ones i should order cuz plasmavol is always out of stock thanks.

    I am also waiting for plasmavol and have been for a while but i think they said it should be in this week, but if you wanted you can always make your own with dextrose,ala,creatine, and glutamine if youd like. Youd prolly save money in the long run

    Doubtful, glutamine is fairly expensive and ALA isnt exactly cheap.

    Take it with protein dextrose and rala. If you cant, just take it with protein and it will help.
