IMO pretty god stuf...optimums products IMO are some of the best quality bang for your buck products...

Though now I have switched to the optimum pro complex, you may want to look into that as well, overall a much better powder.

Gets an A+ from me, but Ive recently switched to Pro Rated. Comparable macronutrient ratios, better taste and at $38 for 10lbs, doesnt get much better
