 Taurine
Optimum Nutrition carries a creatine product w/ taurine added.
Taurine is also the "secret" ingredient in Red Bull. (It gives you wings)
My question: Does any1 take 4 pre-workout boost?
If so, is it worth the time/money?

That's not a pre-workout booster, bro.
Taurine is simply a "carrier" for the creatine. I would use it post workout.

Thanks,
I wondered what it's purpose was.
I assumed that since it is found in some of the
"energizing drinks" it was a stimulant, or worked synergistically w/ caffeine.

I believe it is much more than a carrier, but I don't know a lot about it.
It does reduce cramping from clenbuterol, I can tell you that much for sure.

Taurine has different uses, but surely it's not a "booster".
In the Optimum Nutrition creatine product it works as a carrier, don't you think so?

I don't know.
If anybody wants to learn about taurine and bring something back here, there is a forum for it and a few other things at www.animalkits.be

Taurine I think does boost and carry.. Ive seen it in vanadyl sulfate supplements too... its supposedly used to shuttle and double the strenght of the sulfate.
