    whenever buying CLA< make sure its Tonalin or Clarinol. (it should say on there if it is) if it doesnt, dont get it. If they both do, then buy the cheapest, as it will be the same shit

    btw, CLA has been shown to be unstable in powdered form and most liquid solutions

    I like the AST products and I used the AST cla and I liked it. I actually got veiny from but when I take for some reason I never get sick with a cold or anything. Good stuff

    Tonalin has the best rep, but the VPX product is excellent! Also it is much more cost effective!

    VPX uses Tonalin! VPX's Thinfat is the most cost effective out there!

    8.8 grams a day for 30 days is what the 240cc bottle will last. It only costs $25!
