There is no exact time with when you will see resaults with any supplement. The body uses it's ceatine store for explosive activities such as weight training. This is why some individuals suggest a "loading phase" for creatine in order to saturate the muscles with creatine. I have tried a loading phase, but your body can only store so much creatine for later use in so much time; which is the whole point of the body's creatine store. The body produces creatine in small amounts already and uses it to convert ADP(biproduct) back into ATP, which is anaerobic energy. Theoretically the more creatine in the cell, the more converting of ADP to ATP, which allows the muscle to work harder, longer.
If you take this into account you will find that you must wait for the body to respond to the elevated level of creatine, which it will then start to use for such activities as explosive weight lifting. So, everyone is different but you should start to see resaults in strength and even size in a couple of weeks. Good luck and stick with it
