 BCAA's
Who takes them and how much do you take? From what I've seen they contain about 3g a serving, so my thought is you would have to take about 10 servings a day which would get expensive.
Any thoughts on this?

BCAA (branched chain amino acid), you can find in many protein supplements. All it is is an assential amino acid for the body. Get a protein supplement with a good amino acid profile and most of them should include branched chain amino acids.

Yes, if you are 600 pounds!
Suggested dosage for BCAA is around 1gr/20pds, so if you're 200 pounds 3 of your servings are ok, bro
