To combat 1-test lethargy and help with gains. You dont NEED it, but its a nice addition.

1-ad does not convert to estrogen and a little estrogen is needed for optimal gains and other things. not too mention the lethargy that YJ already said

oh yeah, and because it will help out with your sex drive while using 1-ad
