 Best MRP?
I have decided to add an MRP to my diet and was wondering what others use and what their favorites are?

Your own...... but if you want to buy on, Prolab's Lean Mass Matrix is very good.

I agree with YJ, that making your own is the best route to go.
Not to mention, it would probably be cheaper in the end as well.

Your not alone - Ive always loved myoplex too !!! Not the strawberry though, I like the chocolate ..
To answer the question though - there really is no "best one" I dont think, just look for one that has the type of proteins your looking for (preffereably a nice blend).
All they are really is a protein blend (usually) and some vitamins anyways ...

I like all of Optimum Nutrition's stuff and some other company's stuff, but Optimum for the value.
I use 100% Whey for just a normal powder to bulk up protein, Opti-Pro Meal if i'm taking it as a meal for dieting (if I'm not dieting I opt for food!), and Protein Diet Meal Bars. All are excelent quality I feel, and are priced really low. I also like Myoplex Strawberry! Very tasty, all I've ever had was the Deluxe, wonder if thats more tasty , but definatly not worth the extra $EAS$ IMHO. (Although EAS is probably the leader in real scientific research so I'd rather it go to them than to Muscle-Tech for getting slim guys to blow out their stomachs for before pictures in one of their 3 5-page advertisements in 1 of 10 different magazines.)
Peace,
Rugger
