    Default Best for me
Hey got a couple of questions about some supplements so I thought this would be the place to go.

My main concern about supplements is I'm still pretty young considering how old some people are ... Seeing as I'm still in Highschool and playing Football etc. So I was curious if anyone could give me some information on how Creatine supplements and being young will affect anything in a negative way that would be great.

Right now I'm thinking Iron-Tek 5-CreaCyamine would work the best, but I'm open to suggestions. I would like to use a supplement that utilizes Creatine and Glycocyamine.

So far I'm thinking BodyBuilding.com http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/iron/5crea.html would be fine to order from. But I have no experience in order supplements online, so if any of you have a better site that offers this product or a more reliable one please let me know. Along with any information on BodyBuilding.com being a bad site etc....

    Thanks for the help.

PS: please be nice I saw how you guys ripped the "Rip-Fast Hulk Series " guy a new one...... No pun intended

Creatine is fine to use, bro. Use the cheapest creatine monohydrate you can find, and take 5g of it post workout with high GI sugars...

Thanks for the replies. I still got a couple more questions but there not really on this topic. So I'll most likly be posting another thread in this forum soon, along with one in the diet forum.

    Thanks.

If you have the money stick with some of the more ad driven products this way your safe on quality. Once you become more seasoned in the world of supplements you can find better deals out there.
