    yes. but TP.com sells a generic vitargo called "waxy maize starch" for much less. Zero reason to buy vitargo over WMS.

    head over to IntenseMuscle.com and search for it, or WMS, and see what the guys over there are doing.

    I use it PWO with BCAA/taurine/CEE. Fills your muscles up and doesnt cause any kind of stomach bloating or discomfort.

    I have some WMS that I have been using PWO and love it.

    Basically it is vitargo for a fraction of the price.
