    I've been reading some differing studies on Pubmed and WebMD.. what do you guys think?

    Don't waste your money...

    I tried CLA about a decade ago when Bill Phillips was touting it along with HMB as the greatest things since sliced bread. Didn't really notice much, if anything, from it or the HMB for that matter.
