I feel great without that stuff so I guess thats why it does nothing for me. I have more energy than anyone I know. I actually have more energy and strength when I am calm, happy and relaxed. I am just different.

I love the stuff. I get the liquid vials at about 5gs per vial.
I can't find the information on it right now but it plays a role in the internal warmth of the body under a load/stress.
btw korean and panax are the same species of ginseng.

Ginseng is very suseptible to fungus...it is sprayed with loads of anti fungal chemicals when growing on farms.

Prince of Peace Red Panax Ginseng... They don't use PCNB (fungicide) and I've never had a problem. However they can be hard to come by and when that happens ill pick up Tai Chi Panax Ginseng.

koreen ginseng is good and mix to tribulus they make a good combo for guys in the 30 age. more energy and fun with ladies.

shu chu ginsing is the best hands down. used for centuries. try lhasa karnak herbs(sic) for supplies.
