Those are some of the good tips regarding dehydration. I totally agree with you for dehydration, there are many cases have heard that people died because of dehydration. But sweatining is good for health and it is really needed to stay healthy.

Really useful tips and very effective also. I also add one great way to stop excessive sweating that I have found to work well, is raw honey and apple cider vinegar.


What you should do is take two tablespoons of raw honey, honey that's not filtered or heated, and two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar. Make sure to take this combination two to three times a day everyday. I know it doesn't sound tasty, but you aren't worried about that, you want to control sweat.
