hi guys,i'm 30 years old,i i train for 3 years wen i whos 24 years old.i stay whith out train for 3 years and my wheygt as becom to 95 kg at 27 bf.a now i train for 6 month with heavy duty program and low calories diet,and 150 min of cardio for weeak.my wheyt as becom to 95kg at 83 kg and in the last 5 weeaks i take 200 mg of winstrol depot for weeak.
a now a stop cycle and diete,and my wehyt as 82 kg and my bf are 11/12%.
PLEASE CRITIQUE MY PROGRESS "IN THIS SIX MONTH
