    What do you guys think, I know I need to work on it alot more...

    5'11 185lbs

    Any advice/comments welcome.

    This brings up another interesting point in our bodyfat determination debate. If the individual has little muscle to begin with, it can he hard to make an accurate call.

    This is true. I wouldve said 20+ based on the love handles though.

    got the same mid section as me,yours is just a litle thicker, but my muscle bellies are quite a bit biggr,,,,,,i gonna say 19-20%

    I thnk it's tough to say cuz that pic is dark as hell and no back/leg shots. It could very well be in the low 20s

    How long does it generally take to get down to 10% with a good diet and about 3 hours cardio per week?

    I agree with MoM.. no gyno.. You just hold extra fat and water in your pec's. Cardio and a good diet will trim that down alot.
    Time frame all depends on the individual, your weight training efforts, type of diet, etc, etc.. Some can do it in a matter of months others it may take a year. Just depends bro.

    bro theres no gyno your just not in shape....dont worry about your b.f. now and get on some type of w.o. schedual and clean diet..consistency brutha..

    I had my bodyfat measured at my gym last night, it showed me at 14%...
