Whats up with 41 views and no comments? Not bad for a natural dude who does only pushups, situps, pullups, dips, leg raises, bicycle kicks, and dumbbell curls? Or do I look terrible either way? :-D
-
cus its gay u say semi natural but u took gh. Youre not in anyway shape or form natural and saying you only do those things just makes you look retarded for not doing squats, deadlifts, bench etc.
-
did you actually oil up for these shots?
using GH does not constitute being natural by any means.

overall pretty good results but GH is far from natural. please explain to myself why you only do weightless lifts pretty much and nothing for building over all mass. If you could state your goals and stats it woul dbe much appreciated
-
Im sweaty not oiled. HGH alone has only been shown to increase lean muscle mass by 8.8 % maximum, so its semi-natural. Natural or not, just wanted some comments on shape.
And President Fad, Im not interested in looking like a freak. I dont care if anyone thinks its stupid I dont do deadlifts, bench or whatever. Props to whoever for lifting 1000 pounds, but when they show and prove they can do sets of 20 pullups over and over again, mixed in with pushups,ect....then they can criticize what I do.

Sorry for not mentioning stats earlier. Forget that everyone hasnt read my GH journal. Im 28, 5'9', about 157 pounds right now and in the photos(lost a bit from running so much in the heat lately).
I workout without weights except dumbells because Im not really interested in getting huge right now. I would love to have a bodybuilder physique, but I run and swim a lot as well so that extra weight would just make it more difficult. Ive been injured a lot over the past couple of years so I mainly took GH to help with that. My main goal is to go back to the military sometime next year. So yeah..thats why Im not trying to turn myself into a giant or anything.
The biggest reason I say semi-natural, is because I only took GH for 4 months. Ive always worked out hard, and though I have gotten more toned and a bit more muscular, theres no way I can just attribute that to the GH. Didnt really even gain any significant weight on it at all.
Either way, thanks for your comments. Anyone want to guess my body-fat ratio?

seriously. the only reason you didn't get 'bigger' on the GH is because you don't lift hard and heavy and at 157lbs, you probably eat like a bird.
Dude, i know people who went through bud/s. I know those that made it and those that didn't. Those that did were built like brick shithouses. I weigh around 220 and can do 20 pull-ups, big deal. I can crank out 100+ full push-ups in 2 minutes, big deal. Yeh, maybe i can't run my 9 minute 1.5mile or my under 20 minute 3 mile anymore...but that's probably only because i haven't run in years. I'm imagine with a few months training and not much loss in weight I could get that first one.
Lifting heavy will help with your push-ups.
Pull-ups with a weighted belt will make your pull-up number go up.
Deadlifts and squats will make you live longer.
Get with the program, using GH is not semi-natural. Just because you got it perscribed does not leave you in the natural athlete bracket.

as if doing deadlifts and bench press is going to turn someone into a musclefreak overnight.

You are acting like youre teaching me something, or that I asked for your advice on how to get bigger. Im well aware that you have to eat a massive amount and lift "hard and heavy" to get much bigger. Im also very aware of how much I eat and how much I should eat if I want to reacha certain weight.
I also know people who made it through BUDS and some who didnt. Not everyone is built like a "brick shithouse" and makes it through that or other special training. Some people are quite scrawny and some are quite big...I could really care less, its simply the truth.
At my height, and with my bone structure, adding a lot of extra muscle isnt going to help me run longer or swim further, its going to make it harder to do that.....thats a fact.....Who that works our regularly with any intensity, cant do 100+ pushups in 2 minutes or 20 pullups a SINGLE time or TWO? I could do that when I was a teen. When you keep doing them over and over and over again,WHILE you mix them with dips, AND various other exercises, then you have some stamina and endurance.
I was never bragging about anything, I was simply telling the guy who was calling me stupid for not doing what he does. I never asked anyone what they thought of my routine in this thread, nor did I ask them their opinions on how "natural" I was or not. I asked for opinions on my overall physique with regards to the fact I dont really use weights. Could care less who thinks Im not natural at all or whatever. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, though sometimes there isnt any need to share it I guess you guys get a bit emotional from all the hardcore gear and lifting.....You will just have to overlook the fact that my goals arent the same as yours.
If you want to debate about whats natural and whats not,or whats stupid and whats not, then go make a thread about it. Here Im only interested in physical compliments or physical slander =]

ok, here goes...Overall for not doing any weights you have a pretty good base. I think some weights may prove to be a benefit because you don't need to train them overly heavy but only for endurance purposes in order to build more muscle density. I think your overall goal is performance and not the look which is a good goal, although i do not think your at 100% of your optimum, meaning that you need to build more dense muscle while shreding some more bodyfat. My best guess for body fat would probably be like 11 to 13 percent category although the lighting is not that great and may not showing how lean you really are. Best of luck with all your body goals.

Thanks for your analysis Peanut, appreciate it bro. Seems pretty accurate especially about building more dense muscle. Ill post up more pics in a couple months. Got a gym schedule written out, lets see what I can do with myself=]
Man of Muscle.....I never asked you or anyone else to sum anything up regarding how "gay" you think anything is killer.

it looked to me like you were saying that those lifts are for people who want to be musclefreaks. i dont really care to argue with anyone here but i would say no matter what size you wish to be you would benefit from deads, bench press, or whatever.

i think you wasted a bunch of money running growth with no test and doing pushups.
