A little over a year later after working on delts.

So after the advice of all the people on this board I focused on delts. Here is the post from a year ago

Here are some updated pics I took today. As usual legs are pretty strong. Let me know what you guys think I should work on. I am lifting a pretty heavy amount of weights...

5'5 about 183-187 depending on the day

Sorry for the print in the shorts.

legs are looking huge. Your legs are also very disproportionate from everything else. What are your goals?

I workout my legs the least. I've always had pretty big legs. My goals are to look good and even. I am mainly focusing on the upper body..... any advice on chest?

overall good even build, but legs over power slightly which i think is a good thing because i am the opposite of yourself and building legs is a *****. I would focus on your chest and instead of heavy movments i would keep your rep range to 8 - 10 minimum if you want overall size. Low rep will give you strentgh but not the overall shape and volume you desire. Try and do mainly dumbells and come down all the way. Not doing the movements properly is probably the main reason people don't grow. If there are any tricks to growing i would say it would be doing a couple sets of pre - exhaustion sets of dumbell flies to get the blood pumping. Always remember that concentrated movments add muscle not leverage movements. Best of luck with your training.
