I want to stay the same weight lose some fat and gain muscle mass. Not really trying to cut even though I should be. I will keep trying my same routine for the next two weeks then maybe change it up. like doing more cardio etc.
I try hard as hell to widen my lats on back day but thats one of my hardest muscles to get bigger. I do pullups and lat pull downs like a mofo, and i get nothing. They are sore as hell though maybe I should just keep trying...
-
look up some more back excersizes....someone told me to try doing 50 pullups each back workout, and since i started seeing huge differences. Mixing up grips and grip width, different form....
Also, stick it out with the workout plan, wait a few more weeks
-
Definetly more swole in the second pic.. Are you on Test?? I can definetly see a change from the first pic in your back/lat's so your doing something right. Pull up's are great.. lat pull downs don't seem to do jack for me.

add 20g fish oil to the daily diet and start drinking green tea. Eat clean foods and lots of protein.
This is the cure for losing fat and gaining muscle.
-
you got some size bro....you need to get some definition though...but good work

I do this...it has worked for me as well..no matter how many set it takes you, get your 50 in (may want to start at 30). On back days, this is my first movement.

lookin good man, keep up the hard work. are you going to change your training at all?
-
I started doing the 50 pullups routine, the only other thing I am going to change is running every daywhen I never ran before. I was hoping that the lifting I was doing would burn enough fat but it hasnt been working as good as i wanted

Novice
Plenty of mass to cut up man. What are you weighing in @? Lookin solid though. Are you natty right now?
-
Thanks, weighing in at 215lbs now not 100% natty
-
it takes time, the cardio and a clean diet will pay off
-
Knucklehead
Lookin thick dude - go for the clean diet to get cut and you'll replace the fat w/ muscle.
Rock on!
