    Default 9 Weeks Progress
    I posted a while back about the results once I first started lifting...

    Now I know I'm still at such an early stage in terms of lifting experience, but I figured I'd share some pictures before I leave... The picture on the left is of me at 1 week, 4 weeks, 9 weeks... Despite loosing my abs, I'm fairly pleased so far. It will only make me want to lift harder and more.

    Also someone took a picture of me with a shirt on, and I realized how veiny my forearms are. I'm hesitant to work them out for fear they will only get more veiny...

    Critique, bash, do what you may...Just remember I posted those nudes...Don't be too harsh...

    Keep it up bro! Going from week1 to week9, you actually have a chest now. Great job. Keep the pics coming. oh, and remember, veins are good man!!!!
