    Default What body fat % do I look like in these pictures?
    I don't have access to any calipers or anything. I'm guessing I'm well over 20%. I'm 6ft 215 - 220lbs here. Thanks

    Thanks dirty d. I've got 4 more months till its hot enough for the shirts to come off where I'm from. I'm tryin for 190lbs at 7-8%
