    a few offseason pics
    going for first show in may, took these after not training for two weeks
    as injuryed back so may have lost a couple of pounds what u guys think?

    thanks bro 5"4 around 185 pounds there
    bn training for around 4years
    but only over the last year thought about doing a show
    done a few cycles in that time

    Looking good. Maybe back thickness is behind compared to the rest of upper body. Arms, chest, shoulders and lats look very good.

    will wrk harder on back thickness
    always seem to lag in that area, lower back always gets injured
    will try build it up slowly tho

    lol the bandage on the head keeps my ears warm
