Default Pics from my first bodybuilding comp
The weight scale was jacked up, it put me at 160.8 lbs so I'm going to say 169-170lbs. I still feel like crap today but I hope to ready to operate normally tomorrow, what a drainning experience this was.

    Cheers,
    Vinnie

Thanks, that was it, I recieved a tonne of positive feedback from the promoters, the guess poser etc. so it was good for the ego but this was just something I knew I had to do for myself to see if I waisted all those in the gym or not, it was most definetly the toughest thing I've ever done and to those that continue to do this over and over again to that I take my hat off to you guys, but it just doesn't fit into my lifestyle, way to stressful on the family life and they are just way to important to me at this point in my life. Maybe I'll come back and do the masters in a decade or something.

    Cheers
    Vinne
