    hahaha oh **** I love the video. Are you currently competing or just running a quick bulker to add mass? That video was A+ though, do you have any more? I'd like to see maybe some Chest and Legs footage if you have it. Keep up the outstanding work, that made my day right there.

    BTW, do you find biting down on a spoon helps you flex harder?

    No, im not competing..Im bulking actually about 1 1/2 months already..
