    This is what im at now, the pic is kind of small im about 220-225,feel very strong. Been off for 3 months, about to start a tren e(debating) test e with drol to jup start everything. Debating on tren e or ace, i dont wanna feel like a pincushion with the ed injections.

    I did next to no cardio. 30 min warm up before my workout. Prob not the best way to do it, but I didn't lose much strength. I cut a lot of calories and stuck to soy protein. no red meats. I didn't count calories but I just decreased my amount of food intake per day. leaned me up really quick. The fight was a total devistation. lol the kid came in at a flabby 265. with all my added strength I tossed him around the octagon like a rag doll. ko'd him in the 1st.

    forgot to mention along with the protein I was taking various other otc supps. like noxplode, nanox9, cell mass, multi Vs and a bit of whey. not saying I don't take the majority of these when on but my intake amount is a lot higher when off. And thanks for the comments btw.

    The before picture is bad...almost like you could have spent some time in the gym natty and worked on diet, but the after look good and you can tell the diff. on the updated pic. Good work buddy, keep it up. How about the wheels?

    I don't have any pics. i'll try get some up when I start my next cycle(before and afters). my thighs are pushin 25 in. if that means anything and are in decent shape. not the ripped look but I just go for strength legwise for a base in thai class. my legs are naturally strong anyway.. genetics I guess. I know typically you should train for a long time before hittin juice but I kinda jumped into things head first and don't really regret it. I kinda feel like a hypocrite when people ask me how long they should train before using, but whatever. my father helped me out when I first started a whole lot. he's been on and off juice for years and years. good information source. very helpful in the beginning. and that's my excuse lol
