    for a power lifter?

    I am 35 and 218, not quite sure my bodyfat. I have been lifting for may years.

    You look good but you look more like a bodybuilder than a powerlifter to me. I'd guess 11-12% bodyfat. Maybe 10. Good work.

    Good work bro, Bf maybe 12-13% all you do is jack them arms a bit harder and cut bf into single didgit and shit man you're nearly on stage. But your tats hide a lot of definition. Great Paint job BTW. Keep pushin bro.
